XFuel’s Head of Science Dr David Lunn will be speaking on the “Biomass conversion to intermediate bioenergy carriers and sustainable biofuels” plenary session to discuss alongside industry leaders how widely available biomass feedstock can be converted into sustainable drop-in low-carbon fuels to achieve a future carbon-neutral transport sector.
This biomass-focused event is the largest of its kind in the world aiming to bring together a variety of experts, researchers and pioneers to discuss how the bio-industry can use innovative ways to cater to our current and future energy needs.
This year the event will include over 200 presentations and panel discussions exploring recent biomass research, developments in its technology as well as upcoming challenges in accelerating the decarbonisation transition.
